What is baggage?


Throughout the events and experiences of our lives, each of us acquires our own personal baggage. This can result in negative emotions such as guilt, anger and fear which may burden us with symptoms of depression, low self esteem, negative thinking and stress.

The process I use perceives these symptoms as the surface of problems,
during the developmental process we become more able to identify and understand the underlying root causes of them.
